When manufacturers of stuff like sugary drinks, chocolate bars etc defend the amount of sugar and volume of calories their products have in them, they usually say that their product is a treat and should be eaten or drunk as part of a balanced diet.
Trouble is a lot of us eat and drink this stuff every day and lots of times during the day.
