Ok, so where to start?

Try this. Take a look in the mirror. What do you see?

Do you like what you see? If you do, keep doing what you’re doing.

And don’t forget to separate what you see and what you think other people see.

If you like what you see but think they don’t, then maybe what they think doesn’t matter. Maybe it’s better to be yourself than make changes you feel other people want you to make.

But if you don’t like what you see. If you want to make a change. Then make a decision. Make it important to you. Make it the thing you want to do.

The Beach Diet may give you the best chance to make that change, but you have to want it. Really want it, or it won’t happen.
