
Once you have a clear view of your food and drink habits and your behaviours, you can look at what you could change.
What you choose to change is entirely up to you. The only tip is choose what you consider the easiset thing to change. The thing which is importnat to you and which you are confident about changing.
Make it a relatively easy goal. Rather than not eating that food or drink ever again, maybe just try not eating or drinking it during the week.
