I will give lots of tips on exercise, but the focus of The Beach Diet is all about what we eat. Changing what we eat will have the impact we want.
When you reflect on what you eat now, I can almost guarantee you will be surprised and a little amazed. You will find ideas on what changes to make staring you in the face.
The phrase ‘You are what you eat’ is so true. I reckon when you look at what you eat you will see what changes you could make. It could be to do with the quantity of food, how often you eat, snacking, or what you eat.
